For a comfortable stay at Pune during the conference, tentative bulk booking in different hotels are made by the LOC. All these hotels are chosen in such a way that they are in one direction for the ease of commuting. All below mentioned hotels are around 15-20 km away from IITM (venue) but away from city traffic. Hence the travel time between any hotel to IITM will be around 20-40 minutes. You are requested to make booking directly to the hotel from the given website. There are quite a few hotels around IITM within a distance of around 10 km. Tariff is likely to be around Rs 1,000 to 2,000/. This accommodation is meant for students and early carrier scientists from developing countries. Such accommodation is moderate and normally have essential (bare minimum) facilities.
