C4 and SAFAR will provide an opportunity to fully sponsor 30 motivated young students to attend the workshop below the age of 30 year. The selected candidates will be provided full financial assistance which will include train fare restricted up to 2 nd AC along with free lodging and boarding from 1 day prior to the workshop to 1 day after the workshop.

Student in this stream should provide a brief CV and submit a brief write-up based on the theme of the workshop which not necessarily be a research work but should have an exciting ideas and plan. Once selected, students will be required to prepare a poster to be displayed during the workshop. This initiative is to encourage students at the masters, M.Tech and Ph . D. levels.
