IGBP Delegates
Accommodation for all IGBP delegates are arranged in YASHADA as per
the recommendation from IGBP. Details about YASHADA is given below.
Confirm Booking for all IGBP delegates (as per the list provided by IGBP secretariat) are done at YASHADA
guest house. Please provide the arrival and departure details to local coordinator.
WCRP Delegates
Variety of accommodations are available in Pune ranging from five star
hotel to good guest house (which are economic). we have identified two
places YASHADA (3
Star Facility) and a 5 Star Hotels
The Pride Hotel
along with a guest house. We have negotiated the discounted rates with
them.
We would prefer to have everyone stay at YASHADA as it is practically
very convenient and IGBP participants are also staying at the same
place. Delegates are encouraged to fill this Form
as per their preference and send us to facilitate booking their accommodation.
For economical accommodation, Preference will be given to the
participants from developing countries and countries in economical
transition.

chavan Academy of Development Administration), offered to host the entire
delegation. This is actually a premier government institution where top
beaurocrats undergo their training. Their rooms provide 3-star facilities,
including a TV and a PC with Internet connectivity in each room. The
location of this place is excellent, with very nice surroundings. We would
prefer to have everyone stay at YASHADA as it is practically very
convenient, but wouldn't mind taking care of requests for other options.
