Field experiment and other responsibilities:

• Served as LOC member and Convenor of the 11th WMO Scientific Conference on Weather Modification, held from 3–7 November 2025 at IITM, Pune.
• Member of Advisory Committee for ST Radar Centre, Gauhati University, Assam, 2024-2026.
• Took lead in setting up a rain measuring network (High resolution Automatic Rain Gauges, Disdrometer and Micro Rain Radar) in Gauhati University, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, India.
• Flight scientist during Cloud Aerosol Interaction and Precipitation Enhancement Experiment (CAIPEEX) conducted from 2009 to 2019 in India.
• Took lead in setting up a rain measuring network (High density Automatic Rain Gaugees, Disdrometer and Micro Rain Radar) in Solapur, Maharashtra, India.
• Member of the local organizing committee of the International Commission of Clouds and Precipitation (ICCP) conference conducted at IITM Pune on 2-6 August 2021
• Aircraft data collection and documentation
• Technical guidance to state government for cloud seeding.
